Schools may store account details, student profiles, guardian contacts, attendance, daily activities, school announcements, messages, event details, photo metadata, notification preferences, and push subscription records.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the school backoffice, deliver family updates, support school administration, and provide account security and notifications.
Organization separation
Each organization has its own data boundary. Users only access organizations where they have a membership and role.
Retention and control
Schools control their records and can update or remove operational data according to their internal policy and legal obligations.
